Processing & Shipping

Please allow up to 12-16 business days for processing & shipping for orders placed within the USA, and up to 2-4 weeks for international orders, due to high demand and possible delays through customs.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

How do I track my orders?

To track your order, please click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details.

Do you provide expedited shipping?

Yes, we provide expedited shipping within the USA, shipping time is 5-8 working days and it cost $15.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
